ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Award/Free paper/ E-poster Abstract submission

  • We invite you all to submit your abstracts (study / research work/ case reports) to get a chance to present your work pertaining to the field of Leprosy. Categories:  Free papers (studies),  Case reports,  Award paper (for PGs) and e-posters. 

  • Registration is mandatory for abstract submission and all further

  • Communications will be made via registered email id ONLY.

 

Note:

 

  1. Letter of affiliation from the Head of the Department (for post graduates) is mandatory.

  2. Please include declaration of conflict of interest (Undertaking by submitting author)

  3. E-mail the abstract (max 250 words) to the scientific committee at  ial2024scientificcommittee@gmail.com & ialconference2024@gmail.com. Abstract submission starts from 1st Sept 2023 and last date is 30th Nov  2023. Papers will be selected accordingly based on merit by the scientific committee.

Abstract Format:

 

  1. Title should be in block letters, with a double space between the title of the abstract and the name of the presenter

  2. The title should be followed by the presenter’s name and email address

  3. The abstract should be typed in Times New Roman and a 12-font size

  4. For Free papers, Award papers and e-posters; the length of the abstract (excluding the title, names and affiliation and complete contact details) should not exceed 250 words.

  5. Studies should follow a structured format (Introduction, materials and methods, results and conclusion)

  6. Case reports should be in the following format (Background, case synopsis and discussion)

QUIZ TIME!!! Competition for Dermatology post-graduate students.  Any two students of the same college can form a team. There is no restriction for number of teams for a college .

​

  • No separate fee for attending Quiz.

  • The teams have to bring an authorisation letter from their respective department head.

  • Winners will be awarded by the organisers.
